Merchant contact details will be available on the voucher or you can access it via 'My Account' section on the website. Please contact merchant to make a booking, provide your PlanOut Dubai (POD) voucher code, full name, contact number and date of when you would like to use the voucher. PlanOut Dubai prices are inclusive of VAT unless mentioned on listing. Voucher will be accepted by the merchant if you show it on your mobile phone or if you take a printed copy.

Booking (subject to availability) is required at least 2 days before by phone or email. Each customer who redeems voucher must present a valid ID (passport, labor card or Emirates ID). Voucher expires 90 days from date of purchase. In case of unsuitable weather, booking will be rescheduled for another available date. Voucher cannot be refunded. Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. One voucher per booking per day. See further rules that apply to all listings.
