PlanOut Dubai vouchers (POD) can be redeemed by following these steps:
Purchased Vouchers
To get the voucher, you must make an online payment and buy the voucher.
Once you have bought the voucher, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a PDF voucher. The voucher will contain the merchant’s details and you are required to contact the merchant to make a booking.
Voucher must be presented to the merchant to get the offer.

Vouchers do not apply to service charges and taxes – unless specified
The voucher can be used by providing the voucher code (POD Code) or by presenting a printed copy to the merchant.
In the unlikely event that the merchant has to cancel or reschedule the date for a voucher redeemable or a course due to events beyond the merchant’s reasonable control:
We shall cancel your voucher and you must also destroy any voucher/s held electronically or in printed form.
Vouchers are valid solely for the item(s) listed on them;
are not redeemable for cash
are not transferable, unauthorized reproduction, resale or modification is prohibited.
Purchased voucher Policy
Once purchased, the voucher becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless in the unlikely event that the merchant has to cancel due to events beyond the merchant’s reasonable control: A refund of the same amount paid back to the customer to the method originally used to buy the voucher.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 21 days of the day the voucher was cancelled.
